But I’m here to tell you - it doesn’t have to be! I’ll even go so far as to say it shouldn’t be. Believe me, I’ve lived through it myself, and I wish someone could have told me what I know now. Since I can’t go back in time, I now take it upon myself to impart big sister advice that would’ve changed everything for me.
Combine that big sister advice with top-tier organization and unforgettable design, and you’ve got Idealist Wedding & Events.
It’s no secret that wedding planning has the potential to be stressful.

PRECISION
Doing things the “right” way has always been my thing. Even at the age of four, every piece of my dolls’ clothing had a place of belonging, organized by color. I was also obsessed with weddings as a child. I spent my afternoons meticulously planning Barbie weddings, complete with an itinerary scribbled on pink construction paper. Fast forward to my college years, and not much had changed.
An internship with a luxury wedding planner revealed my love for both the process and the final product of each event. There’s no feeling like spending hours carefully crafting details and watching it all come together - all to honor the couple throughout this beautiful season of life.

Fast forward to today, and it is a privilege to have my own team where our everyday tasks consist of bringing smiles to people’s faces as we carry out their vision.
